I would like to announce the birth of my newest nephew, William Andrew Hoyer, on March 25th! He is such a cutie, and quite the little chunker, being born at 9 lb 11 ounces. I just love him, and can’t wait to meet him!

We celebrated Silas’ 3rd birthday earlier this month, but my camera was still in Canada, so we took video using our hi8 video camera. Now that I know how to transfer hi8 onto my computer, I can show you some of the footage!
Happy Birthday, Silas! You’re my big boy, my sweetheart, my buddy, and I love you so much. xoxo
Yesterday was mine and Brian’s 10th Anniversary!!! It’s hard to believe we’ve been married ten years. It seems like such a long time, but it has flown by. Yesterday evening we ate out at El Campesino, a Mexican restaurant.
We’re thinking of going on a mini vacation without the kids, in honor of our 10th anniversary, but that won’t be till I’m done nursing Brianna (which will probably be this month), and when my parents come visit, so they can watch the kids. So our mini vacation won’t be for a few months, but that’s okay, because it’s nicer to take a vacation when the weather is nicer anyway.
By the way, I didn’t blog about this, but Silas turned 3 years old a few days ago. I forgot my camera in Edmonton, so I couldn’t take any pics, but I did get a video with my video camera. I just have to figure out how to transfer it onto my computer. I think I need a fire wire or something.
I should be getting my camera in the mail any day now. Well, that’s it for now!
Today is Brianna’s 1st birthday! Happy Birthday, Brianna!!!
Yesterday, we had Thanksgiving at our house, and also had a little party for Brianna. We had over Brian’s parents and Sam & Kim & the boys. I’ll post a bunch of pics on Facebook later, but here are a few for now:
Brianna with her first birthday cake! It was confetti cake with cream cheese frosting.
All 11 of us gathered around the Thanksgiving table. We had dinner buffet-style because there was hardly any room for food on the table.
At the end of dinner, Silas entertained us with some lovely playing and singing.
My homemade caramel apples!
Brianna opening her presents. She got so many nice things! Thank you, everyone!
The birthday girl fell asleep in my lap. She even dropped her little baby biscuit she was eating. Here she’s wearing her new Robeez shoes from my Mom. I think they’re adorable.
Silas looking at the Christmas tree after everyone left. He’s really into Christmas and snow right now.
Silas and Brianna getting ready for bed! Nighty-night!
Last weekend we were at a luau, celebrating the 16th birthday of Katie Sanchez from our church. It was lots of fun, the food was awesome, the decorations were lovely, and there was even a piñata that looked like a pig!

Kim and I feeding Brianna maple baby puffs that taste like Waffle Crisp cereal.
Today was Brian’s 31st birthday!!! We just had a little party for him here at home. Here are some pics:
Brian and the kids before he opened his presents.
Me and the kids celebrating.
Brian with his cake. It was yellow cake with cream cheese frosting, his favorite. I didn’t have 31 candles, so I took the candles I had, and placed them in the shape of the number 31. After Brian blew his candles out, we had to re-light them for Silas to blow out.
Brian wearing some of the exercise clothing we got him. I gave him the pants, Silas gave him the hand wraps, and Brianna gave him the sweat band.
I just had to post this pic, cuz I think Brianna is so adorable holding that party blower!
This weekend we were at a birthday party for Paul, our nephew! It was a lot of fun!
Ben, Paul and Silas, waiting to light the candles and eat some cake!
Brianna and I at the party! This is the first day Brianna ever wore a hair bow. It’s hard to see, because it’s white, but it’s on the top of her head. She had a fun time at the party too!
Last week I was in Ontario with Silas and Brianna, visiting with my parents, my sister Stephanie and her husband Terrill and their kids Esther, Heidi and Elliott, as well as my sister-in-law Natasha from British Columbia and her daughter Charlotte. We had such a fun time together!
All the grandkids together: Elliott, Silas, Heidi, Charlotte, Esther and Brianna!

Today Silas turned 2 years old! Yay for Silas! He’s such a big boy, and so smart, cute, loving, sweet, and has a great personality and sense of humor. He’s growing up so fast!
We had a little celebration at our house for him today, but we’re gonna have an actual party later this month.

Silas wanted his new Little People dump truck driver to taste the cake too!
Had 3 awesome, life-changing services this weekend preached by Bro. Jason Watkins. It's what I like to call Rapture Preaching. www.bswt.orgabout 11 minutes agofrom web
